Thoughts:
The “lawful” murder (the execution) is no less brutal to experience than the crime itself, which is what makes this movie work.
Miroslaw Baka is outstanding in the lead role. His intensity and punky persona reminded me of a young Jim Jarmusch.
Interesting the way the film is experienced through the mind of a young idealistic lawyer.
