THOUGHTS:
A nicely constructed story about a psychic who uses his own kidnapping to elevate his profile. It’s an interesting device, and it’s fun to watch a conniving sociopath dig his own grave, but the movie is a tad too polished to really hit home, and the finale, in which the con artist gets a taste of his own medicine, feels too neat. Nevertheless, an absorbing thriller for much of its runtime.
